Lobster Range
Hai Loong offers live southern rock lobsters - wild grown in pristine waters, our lobsters are rich in nutrients with a fresh and sweet flavour profile. Transported directly via cold chain, we safeguard the flavour of our lobsters to retain that ocean to table freshness.
Sea Cucumber Range
Hai Loong’s sea cucumbers are sourced from the waters of the Great Barrier Reef and the Solomon Islands – this natural habitat forms a great environment in which marine animals can grow. In this region, the warm waters are rich in nutrients, and is thus acknowledged worldwide as the region that produces rare tropical sea cucumbers of the finest quality.
